What if I don’t hire?
On the rare occasion that you don’t hire one of our candidates within 28 days, you will be given the option to receive either a second month of services free of charge or $1,000 (less any discounts) back!
What if my hire leaves?
We screen all candidates for suitability but leave the ultimate hiring decision up to you, as you know who is best for your business. We can also protect you from unreliable hires when you purchase a 3-month Employee Guarantee for $495. To maximise your cover, you can also choose to take out a 6-month guarantee option ($595). *Please note Employee Guarantee plans need to be purchased prior to your chosen candidate’s start date.
How long will it take?
From your confirmation to proceed, we commence the candidate search immediately. A first round of screened candidates is then presented as soon as possible, typically in 3-7 working days. Depending on your progress, we aim to present you with further candidates throughout the month and provide a $1,000 money back promise should you be unable to hire from our candidates.
Are there any hidden fees or catches?
No, our flat fee is inclusive of all associated costs and charged once, up front, per hire. There are no placement fees, advertising costs or on-going charges. We charge a single fee of just $2,495 for all roles regardless of industry, location or salary.
What if I hire from another source?
No problem! Should you hire from another source, we will give you the option to receive either a free month of services (to use on any other vacancy in your business within the next 12 months), or $1,000 (less any discounts) back.
